Nancy Russell has been guiding for Exum since 1996. She guides in Salt Lake and in the Tetons. She has been climbing since she was very young. She has climbed and competed all over the U.S. and Europe; including winning three junior national championships and sixth place in the World Cup in Laval, France in 1997. She has done dozens of 5.13’s and a couple 13b’s. but now she mostly climbs traditional routes and boulders. She is a certified Emergency Medical Technician, Life Guard, and a member of the Salt Lake County Search and Rescue. She is also an avid runner, mountain biker, skier, kayaker and a new mom.
