Pat has been climbing since he was 3 and grew up with an old school climbing education in the Cascade Mountains. Although he can still appreciate a good bushwack in the rain to some remote peak, the sunny rock of Utah has kept him here the last 4 years. Granite is his rock of choice and het tries to get to it throughout the west, from Squamish to the Tetons to City of Rocks and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Along with being a climbing guide since 2000, Pat also guides skiing, teaches telemark lessons, and teaches Level I avalanche classes
